Join the Ashe County Wildlife Club

Membership in the Ashe County Wildlife Club (ACWLC) membership is $175 for first year, and $125 for each year after that, plus 8 hours of work day per year. If members cannot perform work days,  they agree to pay the full $175 per year. 

NRA membership is also required to belong to ACWLC.  You have to prove your NRA membership before joining the ACWLC. The major reason for this is the ACWLC is eligible for NRA range grants if all our members are also NRA members. If you are not already a NRA member,  follow this link to join at a ACWLC discount:

Meetings are the 3rd Monday of each month Jan. - Oct. at 7:00 p.m. at the Clubhouse at 3220 Big Peak Creek Road, Laurel Springs, NC.  At present, we are not serving meals at the Club meetings.The business meeting starts at 7:00 p.m.

JOINING PROCESS: 

Prospective members must attend a regular Club meeting and pick up an application in person. Return the application by mail. Once notified of acceptance by the board, dues must be paid, and attendance noted at an orientation session within two months of notice of acceptance.
